SHIPPING:

Wood signs will be shipped UPS directly from the sign artist.  UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes so please supply a physical address.  Allow two weeks for these custom made signs.  Shipping to USA 48 states only. 

All other items are shipped from Tubac, Arizona via Parcel Post.  Every item in stock will be mailed the following work day.  (If paying by personal check, shipping will be after the check clears).  If for some reason something is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you with the shipping schedule.  Your credit card is not billed until the item leaves our store.

RETURNS AND WARRANTY

All of our products are unconditionally guaranteed.  If, for any reason, you find an item less than satisfactory, simply let us know and we'll send you a replacement or a refund...whichever you prefer.  SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.  

DAMAGED IN SHIPPING?

f items are found to be damaged, save ALL contents and ALL original packaging.  Call or email us right away for instructions.  We will send a replacemant ASAP.
